Sodexo Pass Bulgaria was established in 2003. The company is an affiliate of Sodexo Pass International, based in Paris, France. Sodexo Pass International launched an investment project for food vouchers in Bulgaria in 2000, and three years later the French-based company set up its local Bulgarian arm.
Sodexo Pass Bulgaria is one of the first licensed companies to issue food vouchers. Sodexo received its license by the Ministry of Finance in February 2004.
The company is offering wide range of products that stimulates the working staff and improves the company’s goodwill.
In 2004 Sodexo released the food voucher TrapezaPass. A year later the company presented the gift voucher PodarakPass.
In 2007 Sodexo released the first voucher for flexible social benefits FlexiPass.
The newest product of the company, issued April 2009, is the apparel voucher StiloPass. Sodexo claims to be the first company, offering this particular service on the market. With StiloPass, Sodexo aims at companies, operating in the fields of finance, pharmaceutics and telecommunications.
