Bulgaria's private financial and industrial holding company TK-Hold (previously named Trud i Kapital Holding) was established in 1996 as a privatisation fund during the country's mass privatisation process in the late 1990s. In March 1998, the privatisation fund was transformed into a holding company. The main activity of TK-Hold is acquisition, management and sale of stakes in local and foreign companies.
