Vinprom Troyan is a small-sized distillery that produces mainly plum brandy as well as other alcoholic beverages. The company, based in the central town of Troyan, has an annual production of between 800 and 1,000 tonnes of spirits. Around 70% of the firm's output is exported to the United States, Germany, Croatia, Israel and other states. Vinprom Troyan has registered its plum brandy Troyanska Slivova Rakia as a trademark under the European Union standards.
