VIK Sofia is a municipal company active in maintenance, management, capital repair and reconstruction of the water supply network of the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
In 2000, most of the company's activities and assets were transferred to the water and sewage services concessionaire Sofiyska Voda.
Sofiyska Voda was set up as a joint venture by UK company International Water, which was given a 25-year concession on the water and sewage system in Sofia in November 1999.
