The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) was incorporated in 2006 and it is headquartered in Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The bank is responsible for setting and implementing monetary policy in Bahrain. It also regulates and supervises Bahrain's financial sphere, including licensing banks, insurers and other financial services providers. CBB also provides banking services to the Government and to the financial sectors.
