Grodnozhilstroi OAO is created in the process of denationalization and privatization of state property in the Republic of Belarus in 2001, it is the successor of the Grodno DSC which used to work in the construction industry since 1966. The company is specializing in the construction of "turn-key". Construction of houses is usually done on a monolithic concrete slab foundation that ensures their stability and lack of sedimentary cracks. An alternative embodiment of the outer walls are paneled walls from small silicate blocks, plastered with a thin layer of plaster on the basis of special blends and painted with acrylic exterior paint, resistant to weathering. Grodnozhilstroi performs 95% of the complex construction work. The organization is quality certified according to ISO 9000 standard.
