At the end of 2009, the BNB Group decided to create a financial leasing company through the incorporation of the company BNB Leasing S.A., with the Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A. being the major shareholder owning 85% of the company. This venture represents the incorporation into the market of a new financial leasing company in Bolivia. BNB Leasing S.A. is a company specializing in financial leasing that is part of the BNB Group, and that through a variety of products, makes available to people and companies the goods they wish to acquire, allowing the use of a financial tool for growth and update of financial technology for the client's business. BNB Leasing S.A., aims to perform activities and leasing operations in its different modalities. Likewise, it is under the regulation and supervision of the Supervision Authority of the Financial System (ASFI).
