YPFB Chaco SA, formerly Empresa Petrolera Chaco SA, is a Bolivia-based subsidiary of YPFD primarily involved in the energy sector. The Company’s activities include the exploration, production, distribution, sale and export of hydrocarbons. The Company has operations established in approximately 20 hydrocarbon fields, which are located in the departments of Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, Sucre and Tarija. It also operates five gas processing plants: Carrasco, Kanata, Vuelta Grande, Percheles and Santa Rosa. In addition, the Company holds interests in GLP Flamagas SA, a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) bottling plant, and Compania Electrica Central Bulo Bulo SA, a company engaged in the generation of electric energy.
