A5X S.A. is Brazil’s first next-generation derivatives and futures exchange, founded in 2023 and headquartered in São Paulo. Its mission is to elevate the investor experience through technological innovation, deeper liquidity, and more efficient market infrastructure. In a strategic partnership with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), A5X will leverage LSEG’s market infrastructure technology— including an ultra-low latency matching engine, pre-trade risk management, and fully integrated post-trade services — tailored for Brazil’s regulatory framework. Regulatory testing is scheduled for Q4 2025, with a commercial launch expected in H1 2026.
