Created in 1991 as the successor Indusval Brokerage founded in 1967, Banco Indusval accumulated over 40 years of experience in brazilian financial and capital markets. In 2003, Banco Indusval joined the Bank Multistock and in 2007 listed shares on the São Paulo stock exchange. In 2011, has received a capital increase of R $ 201 million with the entrance of one of the largest private equity funds, the Warburg Pincus, and new members in his administration. This capitalization and the new additions to the Administration promoted a significant change in the bank activities that remains operating in corporate credit, however, expanding activity for Corporate companies with the development of multiple products. From March 1, 2012, shares of Banco Indusval & Partners began trading on Level 2 of Corporate Governance in BM&FBovespa.
