The Direção de Comunicações e Tecnologia da Informação da Marinha (DCTIM), also referred to as the Navy Command, is a unit of the Brazilian Navy responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing actions related to naval communications infrastructure and information technology. This directorate plays a strategic role in ensuring the security, effectiveness, and reliability of communications and digital systems used by the naval forces. Among its main functions are the development and maintenance of secure networks, support for command and control systems, cyber defense, and the implementation of technological solutions that meet both the operational and administrative demands of the Navy.
