2008 - The Company business was formed following Cosan's acquisition of ExxonMobil's Brazilian lubricant manufacturing and distribution assets in 2008.
2022 - On May 23, 2022, one of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Millennium Moove Corp, acquired 100 of Stryker Intermediate Holdings and its operating subsidiaries (“PetroChoice”), a Delaware corporation.
2023 - The Company are a Cayman Islands exempted company incorporated with limited liability on September 5, 2023.
The Company have applied to list the Company s common shares on NYSE under the symbol “MOOV.”
