Unilever Cote d'Ivoire SA is an Ivory Coast-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of soaps and cosmetics. In addition, it is engaged in the processing of edible oils. In 2008, the Company signed an agreement to sell its oil business in Ivory Coast, together with its interests in local oil palm plantations, to SIFCA and to and to a joint venture company between SIFCA and two Singapore-based companies, Wilmar International Limited and Olam International Limited. Unilever Cote d'Ivoire SA is listed on the Abidjan Stock Exchange.
