Chile Electricity Lux MPC II S.A.R.L. is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established to facilitate the financing of electricity tariff stabilization mechanisms in Chile. Its primary function is to issue structured financial instruments backed by Mecanismo de Protección al Cliente (MPC) securities. These securities represent credit rights arising from Chilean laws (PEC 2 and PEC 3), which aim to stabilize electricity prices for regulated customers by covering the gap between generation costs and capped consumer tariffs
