Clinica Alemana de Santiago S.A. (Chile)

Clínica Alemana de Santiago S.A is a subsidiary of Sociedad de Beneficencia Hospital Alemán, a private non-profit corporation founded on July 5, 1905 and revived in 2000 as a Chilean-German charity. Its main objective is the maintenance and administration of hospitals, the study of medical problems and the implementation of charitable and social programs. At the end of 2006, the new Consulting and Diagnosis Center had an area of ​​27,000 square meters and more than 120 queries. On August 1, 2012, the Chilean-German Benevolent Corporation -the parent company of Clínica Alemana de Santiago SA- redefined the management modality and structure of its main activities, creating a new company responsible for the corporate governance of its health area. It is a public limited company called Grupo Alemana SpA, to which belong Clínica Alemana de Santiago S.A., Clínica Alemana Temuco S.A. and German Clinic Temuco S.A. and Clinica Alemana de Valdivia S.A.
