In 2009, the company divested itself of all its assets linked to the textile sector, to dedicate itself exclusively to the investment of aeronautical companies. At the moment, the company is controlling Lan Airlines S.A., owning 108,320,407 shares, equivalent to 31.97% of its share capital.
