Watts S.A. is a holding company involved in the food industry, manufacturing dairy products, fruit by-products, cooking oils and wine production. Through its subsidiaries, namely Watts Alimentos S.A., Loncoleche S.A. and Bodegas y Vinedos Santa Carolina S.A., the group manufactures and places its products in both the domestic and international markets. This company is related to the Larrain Group, wich has business in the food, chemistry, investment, real estate and home accessories industries. In late 2011, closed its turn, being absorbed by its subsidiary of the same name, Watts, the latter being continuing the operations and being publicly traded.
