2019 The Company s ADSs, each representing one Class A ordinary shares of its, have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Market since August 15, 2019. Its ADSs trade under the symbol “JFU.”
2023 On January 3, 2023, it announced the plan to change the ratio of ADSs to our Class A ordinary shares from the ratio of one ADS to one Class A ordinary share to a new ratio of one ADS to 20 Class A ordinary shares, which took effect on January 18, 2023.
