The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability on July 28, 2021 under the Companies Act of the Cayman Islands. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the design, development and sales of toys. The Group's principal operations and geographic markets are in the People's Republic of China (“PRC”).
HISTORY
The following sets out a summary of the key development milestones of the Group:
2014 - Mr. Zhu founded Bloks Technology, the principal operating entity of the Group.
2016 – The company started research and development of its brick-based toys.

2017 – The company launched the Magic Blocks, the self-developed IP, based on which its rolled out brick-based toys.
2019 – The company started research and development of assembly character toys.
2021 - The company were accredited as “High and New Technology Enterprise” by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Its entered into a license agreement and obtained the rights to design, develop, produce and sell Ultraman assembly character toys.
2022 - The company launched its assembly character toys. The company launched Hero Infinity, the self-developed IP. They were selected as the “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
2023 – The company obtained IP licenses in a large number of countries around the world from the IP proprietors, which enabled them to offer assembly character toys in the overseas markets. They were selected as the “Shanghai Patent Work Demonstration Enterprise” by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration.
