The Company is not a Chinese company, but rather a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. As a holding company with no material operations of its own, The Company conducts The Company s operations through The Company s operating entities in the PRC. Prior to the Reorganization, The Company operated one premium primary private school and one premium secondary private school through two VIEs, in addition to The Company s current operations that include tutorial centers for children and adults, one educational company that partners with high schools to offer language classes to their students, and one logistics company that provides logistic and consulting services. Since the Reorganization, The Company no longer operates primary or secondary private schools and no longer use a VIE structure.
The Company has two operating segments: education and e-commerce.

2018 The Company is a holding company that was incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands on September 20, 2018.
2022 The Company s Class A Ordinary Shares have been approved to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GSUN.” The Class A Ordinary Shares begin trading on June 22, 2022.
