The Company is of provincial level owned by Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hubei Province mainly engaging in special-purpose vehicles, auto parts, machinery and electronic products manufacturing. It is the largest special vehicle and auto parts manufacturers of Hubei province as well as its largest brand car dealer. Currently, the company has more than 20 wholly owned or share holding subsidiaries located in Wuhan, Shiyan, Xiangfan, Huangshi, Huanggang, Xianning etc. The company has advanced technical equipment and reliable quality assurance system as well as a number of patented technologies and products. On September 18, 2009 the company announced a major reorganization of assets: asset replacement and to issue shares to Hubei Province SASAC, China Yangtze Power and Guodian realized overall going public.
