Securities Department of Fujian Industrial Bank was established in May 1991and restructured into Fujian Industrial Securities Company in 1994 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujian Industrial Bank. On August 9, 1999, it became one of the first companies to be allowed to increase their investment since "Securities Law" was implemented. It then formally separated itself from the Fujian Industrial Bank, restructured and increased its capital. On December 19, the company held an inaugural meeting, changed its name to Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd. Its business covers securities brokerage; securities investment consulting, financial advising related to securities trading and securities investment, securities underwriting and sponsorship, securities self-management; securities asset management, securities investment funds supply and sale, intermediary business provision for futures companies. Internet information service is free from press, publishing, education, health care, medicines and medical equipment, etc. in content, and electronic bulletin board service.
