2012 The Company was incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands on May 29, 2012 under name Hebron Technology Co., Ltd .
October 22, 2012, The Company acquired 100 ownership interest of HK Xibolun.
2016 The Company s common shares were listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 27, 2016, under the symbol “HEBT”.
2018 On March 10, 2018, The Company entered into a share acquisition agreement with the sole shareholder of Xuzhou Weijia Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. and Weijia Bio-Tech to acquire 49 of the equity in Weijia Bio-Tech.
2019 On July 12, 2019, The Company acquired all of the equity of NiSun BVI.
