2020 The Company s units, ordinary shares, rights and warrants were initially traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbols “BRLIU,” BRLI,” “BRLIR,” and “BRLIW” respectively. It s units commenced public trading on June 24, 2020, and it s ordinary shares, rights and warrants commenced separate public trading on July 22, 2020.
2023 The Company changed its name to “Nukkleus Inc.” on December 22, 2023.
It s common Stock and Warrants began trading on December 26, 2023 on the NASDAQ under the symbols “NUKK and “NUKKW” respectively.
2025 On February 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from September 30 to December 31, effective for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024. This change results in a transition period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
