The Company is primarily engaged in the operation of providing auto shows, special promotion events services, referral service for a commercial bank, online marketing services and other related businesses in the People's Republic of China.
The Company operations through TuanChe Internet. TuanChe Internet holds an Internet Content Provider (“ICP”) license to operate Tuanche.com that provides internet information services to automobile manufacturers, car dealers and consumers.
The Company organizes auto shows and special promotion events; and provides integrated marketing solutions to industry customers, including automakers, franchised dealerships, secondary dealers, and automotive service providers, as well as enable interactions between participants on both sides of a potential transaction. It also offers business and technical support, and consulting services; subscription and support services; online marketing services through various online platforms, including tuanche.com website, WeChat account, WeChat mini-program, mobile applications, and Cheshangtong, a software as a service product; and referral services for commercial bank to enhance its auto loan business. It has a strategic partnership with Alibaba Group s Tmall.
