The company is a listed company with exclusive rights of management and operation of Zhangjiajie scenic area of Hunan province. It has one branch company Wulingyuan and four subsidiaries engaging in scenic area development, hotel management and tourism. Company's main business covers tourism resources development, tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities. It owns 75% shares of Xiangxi Mengdonghe Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and 75% shares of Baofenghu Tourism Industrial Development Co., Ltd. as well as holds the business rights of two the most famous scenic spots Baofenghu and Mengdonghe of Zhangjiajie. In addition, the company has business rights of other attractions including Shilihualang, Deben, Zuolongxia, Wudaoshan, Zhouluo, etc. Its restructuring plan was unveiled in October 2009. Passenger transportation and land assets were introduced, which fundamentally improved the core competitiveness strength, asset quality as well as profitability; real estate development business was in the plan too to reduce performance fluctuations risk brought by single tourism business.
