ALTRA focuses on mid-cap sector companies with annual sales between $ 15 and $ 100 million, making transactions between $ 20 and $50 million. Within its investment objective, ALTRA excludes investments in companies and infrastructure projects in early development stage, construction, exploration stage mining (including oil and gas exploration), maquila, low value-added services and basic manufacturing without sustainable advantages.
