Concesionaria Rutas del Valle S.A.S. is a Colombian infrastructure concession company structured as a Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada, engaged in financing, detailed engineering design, social and environmental management, construction, operation and maintenance of major road infrastructure through a long-term public-private partnership with Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura. Its principal asset is the New Road Network of Valle del Cauca – the Cali–Palmira access corridor concession, under which the company is responsible for integrated roadway asset management, tolling operations, traffic systems, environmental risk mitigation and community engagement within the corridor's area of influence.
