The National Company for the Promotion of Territorial Development, ENTerritorio, was created as a State Industrial and Commercial Company, linked to the National Planning Department (DNP). The purpose of the company is to be the technical ally of the regions so that they make reality projects that allow them to advance towards sustainable development and with equity, starting with the construction of roads, aqueducts, sewers, educational and health infrastructure, productive projects, among others.
