Skanska is a construction and development group operating in the Czech and Slovak republics, it is a part of the global concern Skanska with headquarters in Sweden. The basic subject of activity consists of all fields of construction, development and sale of residential projects and commercial properties, administration of assets and associated services. Skanska CZ a.s. currently consist of three former divisions (civil engineering, technology, concrete constructions) and all the organisational units hitherto subordinate to them. It is one of the subsidiaries of the newly created parent company Skanska CS.
