Corporacion Quiport S.A. is primarily engaged in management, scientific, and technical consulting services It is the company in charge of the construction, administration, operation and maintenance of the Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, Ecuador, as well as the development, design, financing, construction, operation, administration and maintenance of the New Quito International Airport. Quiport is formed by a number of well-known companies from Brazil (CCR), Colombia (Odinsa S.A.) and the USA (HAS Development Corporation). The group of shareholders is operating at nine airports. Currently Quiport is the Vice-president company of the General Assembly of Airports Council International Latin America-Caribbean (ACI-LAC), an organisation that represents 269 airports in 37 countries in the region.
