Fábrica Juris Cia Ltda was founded in Quito in 1970 in order to produce and to trade with meat products. In 2014 the company was acquired by Sigma Exterior S.L. and Sigma Alimentos S.A. from C.V. It is now a leading Ecuadorian company in the production of high quality cold meat products such as sausages, chorizo, blood sausages, mortadela, pate spread, ham, which it sells under the brand with the same name.
