Nowadays, it is one of the leading construction groups in Estonia and a strong player in all segments of the construction market. It offers general contraction and construction management services to its clients in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Finland. The company is also engaged in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, concrete works and leasing out heavy construction equipment. The major shareholder in Nordecon is the Estonian company Nordic Contractors AS.
Since 2006 Nordecon is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Baltic stock exchange.
