AS SEB Elu ja Pensionikindlustus is a life insurance undertaking, established in 1998 by former Eesti Ühispank, currently AS SEB Pank, belonging to the SEB Group. SEB Group is a North European financial group for private individuals, corporates and institutions. On 28 January 2010, a change in the ownership of SEB Elu-j a Pensionikindlustus took place. This was an intra-group reorganisation aimed at consolidating all companies engaged in life insurance activities, belonging into the SEB international group, under the common supervision of SEB Trygg Liv Holding AB.
