The Company is mainly engaged in tourism development and construction activities; ownership, construction, leasing and management of hotels and touristic resorts; as well as, in related operations, including touristic transportation services; commercial agency services; industrial, agricultural and real estate operations; import; technical consultancy services and construction, setup and operation of tourism and hotel training institutions. Also, the Company is active in investment and real estate development for tourism-related educational institutions, such as hotel management schools and training centers.
History :
1994:The Company was established on October 10, 1994 according to the Law No. 159 for the year of 1981 based on the Ministery of Economy and Foreign Trade s decision No. 86 for the year of 1994.
1998:The Company was listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) on October 28, 1998.
