History :
1983:The idea of starting a private commercial radio station in Fiji was born in 1983 when then Managing Director, and now, currently Executive Director, William Parkinson, decided to follow up on a campaign promise made by the Alliance government in the 1982 elections. On his return to Fiji at the end of 1983, following completion of a university degree, he formed Communications Fiji Ltd with founding director Matt Wilson and began preparation of a submission to Governmen
2001:Communications Fiji Limited listed as a Public Company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange on 20 December 2021.
