history:
1984:The Company was incorporated in 1984 and it has made investments in 23 companies in Fiji. Nine of those 23 are subsidiary companies with over 50 shareholding also in all sectors of the Fiji economy, including tourism (34.8 ), manufacturing (15.5 ), building construction (11 ), property (10.5 ), media communication (4.5 ) and finance (15.7 ).

1997:The Company was quoted in South Pacific Stock Exchange on January 20, 1997 with authorized 40000 ordinary shares of 1each and it acquired a 50.2 interest in RB Patel Group Ltd. merchandise stores owner and operator.
