1993: The Company incorporated in 11 September 1993 as a public company called NMBF insurance (Fiji) company limited which changed its name in 22 September 1993 to National MBF insurance (FIJI) limited.
1999: The Company rebranded it to Sun Insurance Company Limited in 16 December 1999.
2024: The Company listed on South Pacific Stock Exchange in 15 August 2024.
