Desarrollo e Inversiones de Centroamerica, S.A. (DEINCO) is a company located in Guatemala City. It was incorporated in 1975 with the aim of operating in the real estate and investment industry in Guatemala and Central America. With over 40 years of experience, DEINCO has developed and is currently developing more than 25 urban projects. DEINCO has established itself as one of the leading developers of urbanizations in the country, offering customers the option to purchase real estate on installment plans. The urbanizations developed by DEINCO are considered among the most important in Guatemala, not only because of the increase in value they have achieved, but also because of the percentage of population they have attracted. This has earned DEINCO a good reputation in the Guatemalan real estate market. In the year 2000, DEINCO expanded its operations to different departments within the country, with projects such as Cerro Brujo in Puerto Barrios, Palín Las Vistas in Escuintla, and Alameda, Arboleda, and Nueva Ciudad de los Altos in the department of Quetzaltenango.
