CWT International Limited（“CWT INT'L” or “the Company”）is a listed company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0521). In September 2017, the Company acquired CWT Pte. Limited (“CWT Limited” or “CWT SG”), a leading integrated logistics solutions provider in Singapore, through a voluntary general offer. The Company's business focuses on international commodity trading, financial services, integrated logistics, and engineering services. In December 2017, the Company changed its name to CWT International Limited. Looking ahead, the Company will closely monitor the "Belt and Road" policy and the economic and trade development trends in Southeast Asia, Greater China, and other regions (previously stated as Southeast Asia and other regions, including Hong Kong). While strengthening its existing core businesses, the Company will strive to explore new growth opportunities to enhance its operational performance and development prospects, and create value for shareholders.
