The Company purposes to identify and evaluate businesses and assets with a view to potentially acquire them or an interest therein a result of the closing of a purchase transaction, the exercise of an option or any concomitant. The purpose of such an acquisition is to satisfy the related conditions of a qualfying transaction under the Exchange rules.
HISTORY
The Company was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporaion Act on July 10, 2007, and was listed on TSXV on Nov. 26, 2009. The Company was headquartered in 100 King Street West, Suite1600, Toronto, Ontario.
The Company announced that, on May 18, 2011, it has completed its qualifying transaction (the “Qualifying Transaction”) originally announced on November 18, 2010. The Qualifying Transaction involved the acquisition of Century Iron Ore Holdings Inc.
The Company changed it s name from Red Rock Capital Corp. to Century Iron Mines Corporation on May 24, 2011.
The Company was delisted from TSX Venture on September 19, 2011 and was listed on Toronto Stock Exchange on the same day.
Beginning from the report ended March 31, 2011 the Company, has changed its financial year end month from May to March as a results of the reverse acquisition of the Company.
The company has been listed in Frankfurt Stock Exchange ( XFRA 7CI ) on October 13, 2011.
On March 27, 2015 trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended.
November 16, 2015, Century Iron Mines Corporation (“Century” or the “Company”) announced today that it has changed its corporate name to “Century Global Commodities Corporation”.
The Company will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the New Name and new symbol, “CNT” on November 18, 2015.
On March 22, 2013 The Company started listing on TSXV Stock Exchange under trading symbol (RCC.P)
On Jan 1, 2016 The Company started listing on NEX Stock Exchange under trading symbol (RCC.H)
Effective at the opening on Thursday, January 7, 2016, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.
On November, 18 2015, The Company started listing on TSE under trading symbol (CNT).
