China Literature Limited (formerly known as China Reading Limited) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on April 22, 2013 as an exempted company with limited liability under the Companies Law. The registered office is at Maples Corporate Services Limited, PO Box 309, Ugland House, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands.The company shares were listed on the MAIN Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 8 November 2017.
The Company are principally engaged in the provision of reading services, copyright commercialisation, writer cultivation and brokerage, operation of text work reading and related open platform and the realisation of these activities through technology methods and digital media including but not limited to personal computers, Internet and mobile network.
