The Company is also involved in the development and sale of real estate properties; leasing and financial leasing; import and export of goods and technology; purchase and sale of ferrous metal and coke; environmental protection engineering business; and research and development of recycling and energy-saving technology, as well as other recycling business. In addition, the Company engages in trading iron ore and related products; and provides motor vehicle scrap and crush demolition solutions. The Company was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
