Coastal Greenland Limited, also known as Coastal Holdings, was established in Hong Kong in 1984. Over the past 30 years, the company has grown into an investment holding group with a focus on the new economy. It has also been included in the "Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises in China" for 13 consecutive years from 2005 to 2017. Additionally, from 2012 to 2016, CGH ranked among the "Top 50 Chinese Listed Real Estate Companies in Comprehensive Strength" for five consecutive years. It was also honored as a "China Blue Chip Real Estate Enterprise" for three consecutive years from 2007 to 2009. Looking ahead, Coastal Greenland's strategic goal is to become one of the top 500 Chinese companies.
