The Company is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Group is principally engaged in the provision of electrical engineering services in Hong Kong. The engineering works undertaken by Company are mainly Electrical and ELV installation works including management installation, supervising and testing of the Electrical and ELV installation to meet customer s requirement. Undertake projects in both public and private sectors which include residential and commercial buildings, institutional buildings, government buildings, hotels and hospitals.
The Company is an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 12 October 2016 and listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 August 2017 in Main Board (2863). The address of the registered office at Cricket Square, Hutchins Drive, PO Box 2681, Grand Cayman KY1-1111, Cayman Islands and principal place of business at Office B, 7/F, TLP132, Nos. 132–134 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The immediate holding company of the Company is Superior Ace which is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the ‘‘BVI'').
