Great Wall Pan Asia Holdings Limited ("Great Wall Pan Asia" or "the Company," stock code: 583.HK) is the first overseas listed holding platform of China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation ("China Great Wall Asset"). China Great Wall Asset was established on December 11, 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 43.15 billion. It was jointly initiated by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the National Social Security Fund Council, and China Life Insurance (Group) Company Limited. The company was formerly known as China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China in 1999. China Great Wall Asset is a comprehensive financial services group that integrates non-performing asset management, asset management, banking, securities, insurance, trust, leasing, and investment services. Its service network covers 30 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. While continuing to develop its main business of property investment, Great Wall Pan Asia and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the Group") actively expand their financial business sector, relying on the solid foundation and advantages established by the controlling shareholder, China Great Wall Asset, in Hong Kong and mainland China. The Group currently holds licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1, 4, 6, 9 regulated activities, as well as a money lender license. It has initially achieved the strategic goal of transforming the Group into a comprehensive company that includes property investment and comprehensive financial services.
