The Company is a quality-focused clinker and cement company with operations in Shandong Province and Shanghai in the PRC. It owns limestone mining rights at the quarry at Lang Shan (狼山), which is located approximately 10 km away its production facilities. Its manufacturing plants are located in Taierzhuang District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, with a daily clinker manufacutring capacity of 2,500 tons and an anuual cement manufacturing capacity of 1 million tons. This production line consists of a raw mixture grinding system for preparing raw mixture, a rotary kiln for the calcination process of crushed raw mixture and a cement powder grinding system for grinding and blending of clinker and other raw materials to produce cement. There is an additional grind which is used as a backup in the event of maintenance or unexpected breakdown of the grind in-use. Previously as a manufacturing base, its Shanghai operations are currently involved in trading activities only. It also operates a self-built dock in Taierzhuang District, Shandong, which allows an easy delivery of products along the Grand Canal in target markets of Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shanghai. The company's primary clients include construction companies, ready-mixed concrete stations, clinker or cement traders and downstream cement and cement products manufacturers.
