The Company is a Hong Kong-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of automobile parts. The Company mainly produces automobile controller area network (CAN) bus control systems, including CAN control gateways, digital meters, driving recorders, video and aura systems, body control module (BCM) controllers, remote keyless entry (RKE) and public-key encryption (PKE) smart remote key. The Company also produces CAN bus-based global position system (GPS) and monitoring systems, CAN bus-based entertainment systems and tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMSs), CAN bus-based electronic pedals and others. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture of automotive air conditioning systems, including air conditioning controllers and others. The Company was established on Februay 5, 2014. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on June 30, 2016.
