The Company is a newly organized blank check company incorporated on December 18, 2023, under the laws of the British Virgin Islands for the purpose of acquiring, engaging in a share exchange, share reconstruction and amalgamation, purchasing all or substantially all of the assets of, entering into contractual arrangements, or engaging in any other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities (“Business Combination”). The Company is not limited to a particular industry or geographic region for purposes of consummating a Business Combination.
As of December 31, 2023, the Company had not commenced any operations. All activities through December 31, 2023 relate to the Company's formation and the proposed public offering as described below. The Company has selected December 31 as its fiscal year end.
The Company intends to list the Units on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) under the symbol “YHNAU”
