In 2012 the Board of Directors in extraordinary session approved the transfer of shares of Banco HSBC Honduras, S.A. to Banco Davivienda S.A. Colombia. Banco Davivienda Honduras S.A. provides banking and commercial services, focused on the areas of consumer banking, private, business and electronic payment methods for different customer segments.
